Our greatest goal is to give you the healthy, straight and beautiful smile you’ve always wanted. We understand that choosing to receive orthodontic care is an important decision, and we respect your reasons for wanting to improve the way you look and feel. Our practice will work with you every step of the way to make sure that your orthodontic care is as rewarding as possible. Our practice utilizes the latest technology, offering a variety of safe and gentle treatment options to give you the customized, individual care you deserve.

Where Do You Start?

Before you get braces, the process will begin with an initial examination, where you will have the opportunity to meet our team and learn more about your options. Our orthodontist will perform an examination to assess the condition of your teeth and bite alignment, as well as review previous dental records with you.

Our orthodontist may also recommend orthodontic x-rays of your teeth and decide the best treatment option for your needs. We will design a specialized treatment plan based on your examination, and we make time to have your braces placed that same day if you choose.

What’s Next?

Your examination is where we will fully explain your treatment plan and all the details of your treatment. You can ask any and all questions and determine which type of braces you would like to wear. Other points of discussion will include insurance if applicable and the different finance options we offer. If your looking for an affordable way to straighten your teeth (please click here).

We pride ourselves on being very efficient and making the process to get braces easy. The vast majority of our patients will have their braces placed the same day which we always have time to do.

How Many Office Visits Are Required?

During treatment, you will be required to come in for regular follow-up appointments, which for most appointment intervals are eight to ten weeks. These appointments allow our orthodontist to check on the progress your teeth are making along with make any needed adjustments.

Where Does Your Dentist Come In?

It is very important that you continue to visit your family dentist for dental cleanings and routine dental checkups once your orthodontic treatment with us begins. Our recommendation is that you get your teeth cleaned while in treatment every four months instead of every six months. The one extra cleaning a year will help your gums and teeth stay healthy during your treatment.
